The HealthLINE Travel Award was established to defray the expenses an attendee would incur while attending the annual meeting of the South Central Chapter of the Medical Library Association. Two awards will be given: one HealthLINE member whose membership dues are paid in full by the application deadline and one UNT or TWU library science graduate student will be eligible to receive the award of $300 to defray meeting costs. Attendance at this meeting allows the recipient to network with colleagues, register for continuing education courses, hear guest speakers, attend the contributed paper sessions, and participate in the various social events that occur at each year's conference.
HOW:
Use the appropriate form to apply for one of two travel awards of $300 to attend the annual meeting of the 2006 SCC/MLA Annual Meeting to be held in College Station, TX October 20th, 2006.
